Allegations against Bill Cosby and Evin’s Support
Bill Cosby was accused of offenses like sexual assault, sexual misconduct, and rape by women who had worked with him and under him.
The lady he had worked with as early as the 1960s came forward to share their stories in media.
Women came forward and shared the story of being drugged and harassed by Bill.
He constantly denied all the allegations and refused to even speak on the matter for the longest time.
Cosby was found guilty in September 2018 and received a sentence of 3 to 10 years in state prison, but he was released from prison in 2021 after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his convictions for drugging and sexually assaulting women.
Despite the allegations, Evin took a stand for her father believing he could never do anything as such, and was being wrongly judged by the public for the offense he didn’t commit.
In defense of her father, Evin said,
“I am his fourth daughter. He raised me to go to college, start my own business, and be my own woman. He is helping me raise my children and reach them family values.”
She further added,
“I know that my father loves me, loves my sisters, and my mother. He loves and respects women.” “He is not abusive, violent, or a rapist.”
In a documentary named, We Need to talk about Cosby, confessed his drug addiction and sexual relationships with many women.
