Born on March 20, 1976, Chester Bennington was an American singer and songwriter, known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Linkin Park.
He gained fame shortly after the release of the band’s debut album, Hybrid Theory.
In 2005, Chester formed his band Dead by Sunrise as a side project.
Linkin Park also had many hits, including “Numb,” “In the End,” “New Divide,” and more.
Despite his successful career, Chester was found dead in his home on July 20, 2017.
A week before Linkin Park was set to start a North American tour, Chester was discovered dead in his Palos Verdes Estates home in Los Angeles County on July 20.
