He is a danger to society and should remain behind bars for a long period of time, so he cannot hurt and kill anyone else. There is something wrong with our judicial system where someone like this can roam our highways and hurt ir kill someone else.
He is a menace to society and deserves to be in jail for a much longer time that was meted.
