The pair initially met at the sets of the film Church Ball in 2005.
The pair started dating pretty quickly, and five months later, they were in a committed relationship.
After more than a year of dating, the pair took vows in 2007, but it was a rocky relationship from the start, which later became pretty nasty.
They did maintain a good image outside, yet Gary, during an interview, spilled some shockers about their marriage.
Coleman further mentioned living in different rooms with zero physical intimacy between the two.

The actor died in 2010 due to intracranial hemorrhage after falling from the stair at his residence.
However, netizens were not convinced and rather went ahead to create their theory where they held Shannon as the culprit behind Gary’s death.
Many believe Shannon staged the incident.
In other words, some people think that Shannon made the push that eventually led to Gary’s death. Yet, no one has found any concrete evidence.
Sharon Price Fought For Gary’s Fortune
Furthermore, when the two got married, Gary amended his will, stating Shannon would receive his estates in the case of his death.
The lawsuit involved Gary Coleman’s ex-wife, Shannon Price, and Coleman’s friend and former head of his corporation, Anna Gray.
In 2005, Coleman named Gray as his executor and beneficiary in a will. However, Coleman married Price in 2007 and added a handwritten note to the will in favor of Price the same year.
But when Coleman and Price divorced in 2008, the handwritten note became ineffective under Utah law.
Price argued they were still married under common law and wanted to enforce the handwritten note.
She claimed they had a loving relationship until Coleman’s death and wanted to win the case to receive his ashes, planning to keep some in a locket as a keepsake.
However, the Judge ruled against Price. Witness testimony revealed public abuse, lack of affection, separate living arrangements, and a restraining order Coleman obtained against Price in 2010.
It was also discovered that Price was in a romantic relationship with another man during the time she claimed to be married to Coleman.
The Judge found Price’s self-interest in acting and modeling weakened her credibility. The ruling stated there was no valid marriage, rendering the handwritten note invalid.
This decision allowed Gray to take control of and become the sole beneficiary of Gary Coleman’s estate as outlined in the 2005 will.
