Kwebbelkop and New Girlfriend Julie Marie Sleper
Kwebbelkop is currently dating Julie Marie Sleper, and they’ve been a couple since early 2024.
He made it official in August, though.
Unlike his ex, Sophie, Julie shows no sign of camera shyness.
It’s still a mystery whether she holds down a regular job or runs her own business, but one thing’s clear: Julie knows how to live life to the fullest.
Hailing from Utrecht, Netherlands, where she was born to Anne Sleper, she’s now in her late 20s.
Standing at 6’1″, she’s filled with a fierce wanderlust, always eager to explore the world.
Kwebbelkop and Ex-Girlfriend Sophie
Kwebbelkop and Sophie started dating in 2021.
He let his millions of followers know on social media that his relationship with Sophie was now official.
Sophie and Kop live in the same country, which really helped them keep things steady.
In one of his videos, Kop mentioned that Sophie isn’t too keen on being in the spotlight and hardly ever showed up on his YouTube channel.
Who Is Kwebbelkop’s Girlfriend Sophie Duijn?
Sophie Duijn is a Dutch native who grew up in the Netherlands.
She was raised in Hoorn, and her family is Dutch through and through.
Sophie went to Oscar Romero High School and graduated in 2017.
Today, Sophie balances two jobs. She works for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and also at Dacks, a company that sells high-end outdoor furniture.
Their relationship didn’t last very long, though.

Kwebbelkop’s Ex-Girlfriend Azzyland
Dating super attractive people isn’t always a walk in the park.
But hey, when you’re a charming, good-looking YouTuber, your options naturally widen.
Back in 2016, Kwebbelkop began dating fellow social media star and YouTuber Azzyland.
A quick rundown: Azzyland, whose real name is Azra Bajrami, is a Canadian YouTuber known for her gaming and entertainment content.
She also does modeling from time to time.
They started dating in 2016 and were obviously head over heels for each other.
Kwebbel even made a few videos with her, like that one time he used Tinder in a reaction video featuring her, and another when he read out some of the cringiest comments from her Instagram photos.
Even though Azzy is four years older than him, things were going pretty well.
In 2018, she even declared herself the happiest girlfriend ever.
But then, the couple eventually called it quits.

Kwebbelkop and Azzyland Break-Up
In 2020, Kwebbelkop and Azzyland broke up.
Unlike their romance, which people always knew about, their break-up was very silent.
In a then-new Instagram picture, Kwebbelkop posed with a stranger *ahem* to make his fans think he has a new girlfriend. People kept asking about Azzy.
Apparently, his fans do not know that he and Azzyland are not dating anymore.
Kwebbelkop went to Twitter and revealed he and girlfriend Azzyland have split.
“Before things go any further, I want to address the rumors. After 3.5 years of being together, Azzy and I recently broke up. I have nothing but love and respect for this beautiful, smart, and caring woman. Please respect our privacy. Thank you.”
Needless to say, Kwebbelkop’s relationship with Azzyland ended quite amicably.
Why Did Kwebbelkop and Azzyland Break Up?
It took a bit for Kop to answer all the questions about his split with Azzy.
When the inquiries started piling up, he made a video explaining it all.
He admitted that he fell in love pretty young, without really thinking things through.
Sure, they clicked initially, but as time went on, the fact that they lived in different countries and even spoke different primary languages started to create major challenges.
Despite several attempts to make it work, their different lifestyles, despite both being YouTubers, made the relationship unsustainable.
In the end, they decided it was best to call it quits.
His First Girlfriend
When Kop was just 17, back in 2012, he met a girl he really liked and they eventually started dating.
He says she was his first “real girlfriend” and that his feelings for her blossomed into love.
But a few months in, he found out that she’d lied about pretty much everything, which was a huge blow considering his trust issues from his family background.
Feeling constantly deceived, just like he’d experienced with his dad and stepdad, Kop ended things with her.
Kwebbelkop Age, Height, Real Name
Kwebbelkop was born on June 1, 1995, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, which makes him 29 years old now.
His real name is Jordi Maxim van den Bussche, but he switched to the name Kwebbelkop, meaning “Chatterbox” in English, when he was just six because his given name was hard for people to pronounce.
He was born to Ben van den Bussche and Brigittela Bussche, and his roots are 100% Dutch.
Sadly, his father passed away in 2017 after suffering two strokes while in Cambodia.
He also has a sister named Lauren.
Jordi had a tough childhood; his parents divorced when he was two, and he often dealt with a challenging family environment.
He was diagnosed with dyslexia, which made school a real struggle.
His dad’s issues with drug use and finances, along with his mom’s battles with alcohol, created a lot of tension, and he spent most of his time with his mom and her partner.
Amid all that chaos, gaming became his escape.

Starting YouTube
Kop started posting his gaming videos on YouTube back in 2008, though his schedule was pretty hit or miss at first.
By 2012, he had settled into a daily posting routine.
If he ever missed a day, he’d sometimes double up the next day to catch up.
At 18, he hit 10,000 subscribers, and his channel just took off from there.
Now, Kwebbelkop has a whopping 13.5 million subscribers on YouTube and over 1 million Instagram followers.
Kwebbelkop Net Worth
At one point, Kwebbelkop’s net worth was estimated at $18 million.
Besides his YouTube career, he’s also into modeling, owns a few real estate properties, and drives a couple of high-end cars.
He even sells merchandise like t-shirts and hats, and his unique hairstyle has landed him a bunch of modeling gigs.
Back in June 2020, he tweeted about quitting YouTube to pursue modeling full-time, which didn’t sit too well with his fans.
In the end, though, it turned out he was just joking, because he’s still busy making videos on YouTube.
