Kirsten Kutner First Marriage

Before she became a celebrity wife, Kirsten led a low-key life full of its own interesting moments.

The interior designer married her then-husband, Neal Kutner, back in the early ’90s.

Neal, who used to be the Managing Director at BNY Mellon for nine years, now works at Northhill Capital LLP as their Head of European Distribution.

During their time together, Kirsten and Neal welcomed two daughters – Kaya, 20, and Kelly Kutner, 16.

Sadly, their relationship didn’t stand the test of time, and they eventually divorced.

Neal once described their breakup as one of the toughest times in his life, saying, “I am in a really difficult place right now. I have two beautiful children, and I have to think of them, so I can’t comment.”

Shortly after their split, whispers started about her whirlwind romance with a retired pro golfer, none other than Greg Norman.

How Kirsten and Greg Norman Met

They actually met by chance on a business trip to Egypt back in the ’90s.

Both were instantly intrigued by each other and kept in touch after that fateful meeting.

They started texting and calling regularly, and things quickly escalated when Greg asked her out on a date.

And you know what they say, the rest is history.

Kirsten and Greg’s Marriage

After a rough patch with Kirsten’s first marriage and two for Greg, the pair tied the knot on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands in November 2010.

Necker Island, owned by billionaire Richard Branson is quite famous for hosting high profile wedding. Google co-founder, Larry Page married his wife Lucinda Southworth there in 2007.

Their marriage happened just 11 months after Greg’s marriage with Chris Evert ended.

Though they haven’t had any children together, both bring two kids each from previous relationships.

Greg Norman was born on February 10, 1955, in Mount Isa, Australia, making him 70 years old.

He once held the top spot in the world golf rankings during the ’80s and ’90s.

Since hanging up his clubs, Greg has dived into the business world and now runs the Greg Norman company as its CEO.

Before marrying Kirsten, Greg was married twice.

He wed Laura Andrassy, a former flight attendant, in 1981, and they have two children, Morgan Leigh and Gregory Norman Jr.

What seemed like a happy marriage soon turned into one of the most talked-about divorces when Laura accused him of infidelity during their marriage.

There were even rumors that Kirsten and Greg were close while he was still married to Laura.

However, Greg always denied that he’d cheated on Laura with Kirsten.

In 2006, Laura filed for divorce and ended up with a whopping $103 million settlement from Greg’s assets.

What happened with Chris Evert and Greg Norman?

Just two years after his split from Laura, Greg fell head over heels for former tennis star Chris Evert.

They tied the knot in a gorgeous ceremony on Paradise Island, Bahamas, in 2008.

But things didn’t last, and they called it quits just 15 months later.

Many speculated that Greg was unfaithful to Chris, but insiders say it wasn’t that at all, it was more about the complications with their children.

Like Greg, Chris had two kids from a previous relationship with retired Olympic skier Andy Mill.

Some sources mentioned that Greg even went as far as flying one of Chris’s sons, Nickey, from Boca Raton to Colorado, after hearing that Andy planned a visit.

And according to Greg’s ex-mother-in-law, Laura Sr, Greg’s own kids never really bonded with Chris, which only added to the tension.

All these issues eventually led to the end of their marriage.
